In your unit work which you preper to work with: all american staff, all international staff, or a mixture of both?

I have worked for 5 years a counsellor with failing sight and it has never been a problem - I guess it depends on how much you want to do some thing. I would choose rugs (over a lovely wooden floor) growing vegies and fruit or growing flowers?
