We are a family saving, suicide prevention organization that serves our veterans, active-duty military, and National Guard. After ten great years of a collaborative partnership, our primary host location has decided to change their business model from small groups to very large groups. (45/50 to 325). We are seeking one or more host locations, preferably in western NC, Southwest VA or western SC. We offer 6-day, 5-night Marriage and Family retreats and include the entire nuclear family. We have two sets of needs: operation of the facility and privacy and great care for our military families.

Operation of the facility:
We have our own core team that works directly with the families and delivers our programming.
Our need is for your team to operate your facility, to include amenities/activities, dining hall, housekeeping when we leave.
Our group will range from 35-60 people.
Housing: we will need a family friendly cabin or hotel style lodging per family.
we will need staff housing - usually individuals or couples.
Up to 20 cabins/rooms will be needed.

What our families need:
2 Classroom/workshop rooms
1 Room for our "little kids" - like a day care for ages 2-5
Private dining area for date night
Outdoor recreation
A trigger-free environment (we will share details when appropriate) An example would be to have loud church bells ringing every 30 minutes, except during sleeping hours.

Privacy
Fantastic views. Ideas include water, sunsets, sunrises, mountains.
Good and nutritious food. If you offer farm to table, that's fantastic!
That you and your team understand our group and participate in creating a life changing experience. We are very happy to train you. Training does not take long.

We are in growth mode: Our expectation is to host 4-6 retreats in 2024 and over the next 2-3 years, grow into 18-24 retreats annually.
