hello everyone! I'm part of a group that wants to buy a camp in central-ish California, not way north or way south. It must have the proper use permit, a commercial kitchen, shower house(s), and preferably cabins, at least 50 acres or so, with visual and sonic privacy (no close neighbors). Some water feature (pond, swimming pool) is preferred. We're interested in hosting groups of up to 250 people but we don't need cabin space for that many.
