Though not the original intent I'm pretty sure this thread basically serves as a bragging/jealousy thread. We post just exactly how many days until camp and are either ahead of the rest or behind everyone else so you're either bragging or jealous. And it also serves to just make us more jump and enthusiastic than we are and keeping the days rolling by slowly because we are counting every last one of them... And yet, here I am for my (almost) daily post of 64!

Most of you will already be at camp by the time my countdown reaches an end, I still have 74 days til pre-camp begins. But that's okay, I can just imagine how much fun you guys are already having and it'll get me even more pumped up for camp!

When does your camp end, sting? I usually have to wait a bit before going to camp but my camp also ended later than everyone else.

Mine ends in August - kids go home from the final session on the 10th, and staff stay that weekend for final clean up and staff banquet. We only have six weeks of sessions for kids.
However, my first camp has an extra week this summer, so after camp clean up I am driving to there and volunteering for a week, which I am looking forward to.

oh ok, yeah, my first camp only has 6 sessions this summer I think too. I would love to get a week for my old camps!

I used to love going to pre-summer open houses! They are so much fun!
62ish days!!!! Tomorrow marks 2 months until graduation ceremony (I still have to come for Fall quarter to student teach) and then I will be at camp the evening of June 16th or the day after.

Something like 61 or so days until I'm in Pennsylvania for my summer camp. In the meantime, I'm working at a Y camp in Indiana as a OE Instructor, so that's been keeping me busy and keeping my mind off summer camp. I consider myself pretty lucky.
